This sparsely populated, rustic area offer countless miles of scenic snowmobiling through tightly knit forests, along ponds, streams and across frozen lakes. Most of the riding is done on well groomed logging roads, serving as snowmobile highways through beautiful mountain scenery. In Pittsburg's 200,00 acres of uncrowded wilderness, you're likely to see whitetail deer and moose. Our trail system connects with Maine, Vermont, and Canada. The Pittsburg Ridge Runners Snowmobile Club maintains the trails and sponsors numerous activities such as poker runs, cook-outs, and dances.

Here you can enjoy top notch North Country accommodations ranging from cozy rooms in a rustic lodge to spacious log cabins and modern motel units. All lodging facilities are located "on the trail."

All four major snowmobile dealers are located in the Pittsburg area. Your vacation will be hassle free in the case of a break down.
